                                      You do not (should not) need MS Access to run these programs.

This is the worse program I made. Although, it works for what I need. If anyone is interested, I can modify and customize the program, for free. Maybe, I will get motivated in the near future and do it. I think the most important programs are the Customer Database, Service Call, and Accounting. These are the programs that organize your business, reduce time to run the business, and give you more time to concentrate on closing sales and earning more profit.

If you already have a copy of MS Access installed on your computer, use only the 2nd link.
Use this first link only if you have absolutely no MS Access programs running on your computer.
The first link will load a program called MS Access Runtime that will allow you to run these programs without having to purchase a licensed copy of MS Access, but the ability to modify or customize these programs will be limited. You should only have to install Runtime one time.

If you install Access Runtime and you already have a full version of MS Acces installed, should you ever remove Access Runtime, do not delete shared files when removing the Access Runtime, or you will have to re-install your full version of MS Access, which takes only a few minutes

 Use the following link if you already have Access or Runtime installed.
 All you need to do is copy this file to a folder, click on it, and the program
 will find MS Access automatically.

DOWNLOAD ZIP FILE
Save folder to your Download folder, or make a new folder on your C Drive.
Open Folder
Click on the Setup.exe file and follow instructions.
The program will install a MS Access Runtime program. This program allows you to run the software
 without having to purchase the full version of MS Access.
 After you install the Runtime program, click on the Setup.exe file again. Install the Supply Program
After you install the program, go to your Start Menu, All Programs, and find the new program.
Have fun!

All plumbing parts are in sections and each part has a number.

1) Go to 'Print An Entire Supply List

2) Mark items you want to order

3) Go to 'Edit Orders'

A) You must clear the screen from active, or previous orders. Click on the 'Filter Completed Orders' button. Then click on the dot that says 'Completed Orders'. Click on the button ' Filter Completed Order' a 2nd time.  The screen should be blank.

4) Choose a supplier. Enter the 'Part Number'. This is the number on the far left side of your part list.

5) Print your order and send it to a supplier.

You can play with the program to create a supply list for your truck, or for specific jobs. You may want to create a new 'Supply House' and call it 'Truck Stock' or call it  Copper Repipes.  Then you could create an order,  and print a specific supply list.

I designed this program for my personal use, for speed, and to have a list so we don't forget to order specific items. After playing with it, you may be able figure out how it works. If not, give me a call.
