Use this first link only if you have absolutely no MS Access programs running on your computer.
The first link will load a program called MS Access Runtime that will allow you to run these programs without having to purchase a licensed copy of MS Access, but the ability to modify or customize these programs will be limited. You should only have to install Runtime one time.

If you install Access Runtime and you already have a full version of MS Access installed, should you ever remove Access Runtime, do not delete shared files when removing the Access Runtime, or you will have to re-install your full version of MS Access, which takes only a few minutes

Click on the link
Save folder to your Download folder, or make a new folder on your C Drive.
Open Folder
Click on the Setup.exe file and follow instructions.

The program will install a MS Access Runtime program. This program allows you to run the dispatching software without having to purchase the full version of MS Access.

After you install the Runtime program, click on the Setup.exe file again. Install the Statement.

After you install the program, go to your Start Menu, All Programs, and find the new program.

This program is much more efficient and easier to use, than Quick Books, because everything in on one screen. This program does not do aging, and we prefer to do aging manually, anyways.

YOU DON'T NEED SCREEN SHOTS - JUST TRY THE PROGRAM

Using the computer, for accounting, is often much more efficient and faster when you enter records on paper first. For example: you receive checks and payments every day. Rather than using the computer, every time you record a check, it is easier and faster to enter the record on a ledger card, and then transfer all the information, once a month during one sitting, at the computer. The same is true for all types of business transactions. Often, it is faster to retrieve a customer's record, from a ledger card, rather than switch screens on a computer. The same is true for a customer database. For these reasons, we print books, with our list of customers and keep the book in our truck.
